Since I've returned to my roots in Cleveland (and to the other half of Foodgazi), I've noticed that clinics and hospitals have really proliferated. While I believe Cleveland Clinic is "healthy" for Cleveland's economy, I am dismayed that healthy eating options have not become quite as ubiquitous. So obviously then, I think health starts with the food you put in your mouth; and for businesses, it's time to
put their money where their mouth is. With
the Full Yield, companies may start doing just that.
