Food/Nutrition at the Center of True Healthcare Reform
Since I've returned to my roots in Cleveland (and to the other half of Foodgazi), I've noticed that clinics and hospitals have really proliferated. While I believe Cleveland Clinic is "healthy" for Cleveland's economy, I am dismayed that healthy eating options have not become quite as ubiquitous. So obviously then, I think health starts with the food you put in your mouth; and for businesses, it's time to put their money where their mouth is. With the Full Yield, companies may start doing just that.
