Pumpkin Obsession
We may be coming into a bunch of delicious pumpkins and we're a little late getting around to the many uses of this rotund orange squash. Needless to say, now that we have the time, we can't wait to explore. We've already started with the pumpkin chili for our Holiday Eats class and the pumpkin polenta we demo'd at the last Vegetarian Meetup potluck. Now we're moving on to gingerbread cupcakes, ice cream, and some good old-fashioned bread (with a layer of vegan frosting wedged inside). Yeah, we have a sweet tooth.
