All Themes Set for 2011


All the sunshine and melting snow today had us pining for spring, so we figured we'd keep our heads in the future and pick cooking class themes for the much-anticipated springtime. But we got on a roll and mapped out the rest of the entire year! We've got special guests lined up too! For "Summer of Lovage," herb-loving owner of T by Sarah, Sarah Hurt joins us to share notes on the many medicinal benefits of some lesser known herbs. During "Making the Most of Your CSA," partners in Heart of the City CSA, Erin Laffay and Molly Murray, talk about the role of CSAs in the local food system. (Psst, if you want in on their CSA, move fast!) Needless to say, we're stoked for a bountiful year of food knowledge, skill-sharing, and community-building.
