Menu for Soups & Salads on April 14

I knew the weather would be finicky this time of year. Last week it was 55, then 35, and now it's snowing. SNOWING! Anyway, this is exactly why we wanted to do soups and salads at this time of year -- sometimes you need the comfort of a soup and sometimes the lightness of a salad.

The menu is a flavorful warm spinach salad, an African-inspired sweet potato and peanut stew, and a bright strawberry soup for dessert. This class is April 14, don't miss it!
