Foodgazi works with you to understand your specific needs and prepares weekly meals of local, organic plant-based dishes just for you. Rates dependent on frequency and dietary need.
Personal Cooking Instruction: After determining your health goals in a free 50-minute consultation, we'll design a menu that will help you achieve those goals. In your own home with your own utensils so that you know exactly how to cook these foods, we'll instruct you, provide storage and buying tips, as well as recipe variation ideas. $100 per hour

Menu Planning: Five days' worth of recipes for all three daily meals or any one meal. Each meal provides a balance of carbohydrates, protein, and healthy fat using the new four food groups — beans, grains, greens, and fruit. Includes a complimentary 50-minute consultation so that we can target your concerns. $75 for all three meals per week or $35 for any single meal per week
